Meccanotecnica Umbra SpA (Italy) Acquires Megaseal (Turkey)

On March 9th, 2020, Meccanotecnica Umbra S.p.A., Italy, acquired Megaseal, Istanbul, Turkey.

The location and activities of the business will remain unchanged and will continue to operate under the name of Meccanotecnica Umbra (TURKEY).

The acquisition allows Meccanotecnica Umbra to expand its presence into the very promising Turkish market by leveraging the 50+ years of expertise with OEMs in the Industrial, household, and Automotive applications.

Megaseal has been successfully servicing the end-users market exceeding the expectations of the domestic and international customers through an outstanding product range.

Meccanotecnica Umbra will strengthen, in Turkey, the ongoing solid partnership with CARRARA S.p.A. for the distribution of their Sealing Solutions.
